Another wrestler running for office
Those of us who watched pro wrestling in the 1980s are familiar with this guy's work. He was the Iron Sheik's tag team partner, and would sing the Russian national anthem before every match.
Now Nikolai Volkoff is running as a Republican for a seat in the Maryland House of Delegates.

Nikolai will have his work cut out for him in a tough race against two formidable Republican challengers, the newly-born Kirk Cameron and the Knight Rider car.

I did indeed. My brother and I had a number of them. This one was my fav though.
The King Kong Bundy one was awesome.
I wonder if the Iron Sheik is going to run in during a press conference and say "Iran Number 1."
